There’s nothing like a slice of good, fudgy chocolate cake, and classics never go out of style. “Cebu’s first favorite” still carries their iconic old-fashioned moist chocolate cake. Filled with a proprietary custard and covered with thick, creamy chocolate frosting, this one is the very essence of chocolate cake: luscious and immensely chocolatey. Nostalgia may play a role in the lean to it, but there’s really no denying that it’s just downright enjoyable.
